to book Please contact the Hotel... and follow the instructions in Section 8. Then print this page... fill it in and present it to the hotel. Important Please read the full Terms and Conditions Sections 8 and 16 are available below for your guidance. 8. All reservations to be made direct with the hotel and must be made in advance. Hotels need not accept your booking if 50 per cent of their guest capacity is already booked or if you book more than 10 days in advance of your date of stay. Hotels may waive these restrictions to your benefit. You must state that you are either hold the required Token or simply quote the Promotion Reference or claim the discount. A deposit and confirmation may be required by the hotel for your booking and the hotel may apply its normal cancellation terms. |
